When: Monday, Wednesday and Friday @ 1:15 MDT; Tuesday & Thursday at 5.30pm MDT. Minimal equipment needed. Message her either through Facebook or email, if you are interested in joining a class. She will do her best to accommodate and add different time slots as needed.

Reset and revive your mind and body with these simple exercises.

Christine demonstrates simple exercises to do while taking a break from sitting & working at a desk.

Equipment needed: Stretch cord or buggy cord. Using an exercise stretch cord or bungee cord perform each of these exercises 10 times; 2-3 times a day. This will improve the blood flow and mobility through your neck and shoulders relieving tension, stiffness and pain.  The break from sitting will also energize your mind and body.

If you are experiencing tight, and heavy neck and shoulders try these simple movements to release tension and improve your physical wellbeing. No equipment needed.

Be Well,
