No Cost Support Groups for the problematic use of Internet and screens
Collegiate Coaching Services sponsors a weekly support group called, Problematic Internet Technology Facilitated (PITF) support group for those seeking support to gain control over their technology use and connect with others who are struggling with similar issues. PITF is a place to meet like-minded peers with the opportunity for connection. Once per month, the group engages in a social outing in the community. This group occurs on Tuesdays from 5:30-6:30. PITF supports those who are 15 and older and is an open group so parents and friends are welcome to attend. Please contact us for further details.
We collaborate with CU-Boulder Collegiate Recovery Center who facilitates a weekly GTAR (Gaming Technology Addiction Recovery), formerly ITAA (Internet Technology Addiction Anonymous) on Thursdays from 6-7 pm in the CU-Boulder UMC.
