Adult ADHD and autism assessments at CCS typically include 5-6 hours of face-to-face evaluation with Dr. Nicole Hipp at our offices in Boulder, Colorado. These meetings can be completed in one day or broken up over two separate days. The assessment includes the following.

A thorough interview with pertinent family members spanning birth and family history, medical history, functioning, mood, educational and occupational history
A record review of previous evaluations, medical records, etc.
Interviews with other service providers like therapists, psychiatrists, etc.
Psychologist-led clinical observations.
A battery of standardized tests including cognitive strengths and weaknesses, academic performance (if applicable), and direct assessments of attention and executive functioning skills.
Questionnaires and ratings scales completed by the patient, family (spouse, parents, siblings, etc.) and other key relationships (e.g. partner, roommates, etc.)
